Christine Thurston is the founding member of Thurston Law Firm. Ms. Thurston has been working in the legal field since 2001 and been practicing law since 2007. Christine started her career in New Jersey at a general practice firm, becoming proficient in such matters as personal injury, wills and estates, criminal defense, real estate, workers compensation and family law.

Christine returned to Chicago in 2008 and began working for one of the largest consumer bankruptcy firms in the state, handling thousands of cases with success. She then worked as in-house counsel for a company litigating all their bankruptcy, foreclosure, mechanic’s liens and eviction matters. She has the unique perspective of practicing bankruptcy from both the debtor’s and the creditor’s side, therefore making her a more adept and efficient attorney. Christine has been the lead attorney in numerous trials involving bankruptcy litigation that resulted in verdicts or settlements in favor of her client.

We are conveniently located all over Chicagoland, including locations in downtown Chicago, Schaumburg, Burr Ridge, Countryside, Naperville, Downers Grove, St. Charles and more! We have an office near you!
